We are a culture in which kids can't just go outside and find out how to do this. There's also been a rise of fear that comes in part for maybe some valid reasons. But the idea that kids aren't going to be snatched away is largely as if, you know, there's not going to be any place in the developed world we all hear about it. We think it's much more common than it really is.
