You need at least a 15 degree angle underneath your knees, so 15 degrees from the bottom of the hip upwards. Your legs have to be off 15 degrees at least to take some of the curve out of your low back. When you're laying fly on your back, it puts excess of curve in your low back,. And so that can cause people a little pain. You want to put a lot of pillows onneath your knees, like you need a super thick pill like yoga bolster.
