When I looked at my hands, I was like, whose hands are these? "I think what happened is that during the accident and then the very intense three weeks pre-surgery and then the surgery where I thought I was going to die," she said. 'My body just held on to so much stress and fear' She added: 'Nobody taught me how to process it, how to move it.'
