Does This Tech New Tech Solve the Problem?
I was reading a report recently that said 57% of employees think old legacy tech is holding them back and it's because we're probably not applying the same mindset to the existing tech. Does this tech still solve the problem and if not do we need to be more ruthless and scale it back or color so we can use the new tech right? And I've often it's worse when you your new NND person is joining the company and you've just inherited a tech step that's you know that was put there by the predecessor.
