The Key Person in a Deal?

In the first 90 days, a hundred n 80 days are then critical to making that successful. We can only cherry pick someone oute in the business that has particular talents and will be particularly good on the deal that we're looking at. To have relationships with the founders, the key people in the private acty house you might be buying from is really key. There's no point in trying to buy a company that actively doesn't want to sell. The only way youre going to do that is to hay hugely overt the odds to get their attention. That's never guaranteed. So much of em and a, it's a lot more human than people think. And certainly making deals successful
