Residential Real Estate Investment Is Not Weaking a Lot

I think what is making the Fed work more difficult this time around is structural changes in the US economy that have made it immune to Fed tightening. We've had 10 years of deleveraging by the US consumer. So they have huge capacity to absorb this credit go that Joseph was talking about because at that level are solo. And so what they are also doing is that they are pulling out their houses from the market. In fact, we're starting to see a stabilization of residential prices, which makes me think, you know, financial conditions are too loose. So Fed has to do more.
