"I'm certainly well aware of some of the horrors of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan," he says. "When I was an English major in college, I had to go look at Shakespeare and I had there be words that I didn't know what they meant" He adds: "We are here to help the 400,000 people ... We're here to liberate them from this insurgency"
