I Love Cleaning. It's a Refillable Surface
I love cleaning. That is a meditation for me. I'm very passionate about this. It's not an effort. It's just me. We should all be just reveling in our own bliss a bit more surely. Right? So whatever is your path where it's cooking, cleaning, playing, putting something together, ask your technique in to connect into your spirit. Once it's done, just have a moment of being because that's when you really register it. And then what happens afterwards, you're like, which is the same thing that happens in meditation. You get to this place where you're like,. "Oh my goodness! My spirit was shining" Well, lovely way
