There was one day that nothing seemed to be going right for you guys. I can also remember some of those big companies delivering the dreaded and security spreadsheet checklist with 47 tabs and 100 questions per tab. And have you been through this certification and that certification, which in the early days, the answer is no. What does that mean? I don't even understand what you're asking me. So there's that whole aspect as well, which especially in financial services can be pretty intimidating.
