Rang: I think for the pandamic there were a lot of concerns about housing in cities, people living in san francisco. Now it's a whole different situation where everyone's redistributing and i think it's a pretty exciting time. We have to now be careful, because instead of having to deal with five or ten cities, we have now a hundred thousand cities. Not everyone wants a town of travellers in their neighborhood. And, you know, so we have to be making sure that people are contributing to communities tore, not just passer bys,. That's the biggest challenge.
