Moving Up Market - Is That the Only Way to Win?

When your customers are happy and they tell other people, you get more customers. And so there's an underlying peace, like just like in dark social for marketing. They want to bring great people here. Just selling bigger deals to bigger companies with the same product is not the only way to win. There's a lot of other ways. You could make your product better and more valuable to the same segments. You could charge more money. But i think that's just smart, and it's interesting. I don't view my views as contrarian. I view my thoughts as the things that other people know are true, but aren't willing to vocalize. That's it. Thank you
