BC investors are looking at the founders pitching them and they're thinking, oh, this person reminds me of this person or there's this X factor that we thought of this person. But what happens if you see someone who doesn't necessarily fit the mold? In my mind, I'm thinking about diverse founders who may not always have had a seat at the table. And it can come in all shapes, sizes, colors, dimensions and all that stuff.
