Adaptation Education - Is That Really Important?
The first episode of the podcast is called adaptation education. It's just explaining this concept that you do need to start within your adaptation zone, and then slowly build up. Some people can am fall short of that adaptation zone. If they go for a 15 minute walk, sometimes tat's not enough to trigger adaptation. And if they do too much and run for two hours am when they're not used to it, that might exceed their adaptation zone and lead or increase their risk of injury. That's why things like running plans, or the couch to five k p ise helpful, just to start off slowly do it.
