i want my home base to be in a rural n i like newtouns, ye. A lot of people aren't going to move from where they are. And so he lays out all these things you can do to build community b resiliants where you are. There's althese small towns and kind of rural america that have great infra structure bones that were built before wer war two. I don't know if we talked about this ent back into jujits, and i' o all into it now. Sas like, aho, man, if i didn't have a jgitsy jim to be at home. That'd be rough.
