The Importance of Proper Posture in Strength Training

I think my focus when I'm doing strength training is always my back. My comfort is me hunched over camouflage. Do you get a back pain from that? I do a pretty good job at cross training. A lot of people want to hear about my morning routine or just routines and goal setting. It's really nice to know that not one thing feels like it doesn't belong. You know, this was like the Sesame Street song of like one of these things is not like the other.
