I'd definitely advise people to go work in startups. I did like a 12 month internship at a SaaS startup. It's got a firm writing at the deep end. Put me in a room six months and I get anything to a million in revenue, anything. Ospreyj: My brain is fully formed at age 27. They say it happens at 25. Do you look at if you're recruiting, do you look at the university that someone has been at as a startup signal? You know, imposter syndrome. Or are we talking about one of those two things together?
