I think it's good for people to hear an athlete at your level talk about that because everybody I think we get the idea that all these guys are so dialed like all the time always on. So when you look at you probably ride a lot now that I'm assuming since you don't have school as well. How do you balance volume and intensity? Is there one that's more important than the other or what's this sort of like seesaw there?
