Identity Crisis

We play many different roles our lives, which also contributes to an identity crisis. I've really wanted to list out all those different things, just so you understand that the things that encompass your identity, its not just one thing. And ow especially if you are in the western world. Now, we are in a time where everything is politicized, from our health, from our relationships, our opinions, the way we navigate the world,. This is leading a lot of us into an identity crisis - and iam going to define very clearly in just a moment. We need to welcome all of that. It can be an unhealthful thing, or it can be a beautiful thing at times
