A good size, you know, portion of a chicken breast is like 30 to 35 grams of protein in a serving. That's only 60 grams of protein. You'd have to eat what? Four of those to reach 120 grams. So track, see what you're eating. See what you're consuming right now. Then I want you to have this little challenge. We do this challenge in my on track group once a year just to get this like really clear picture of how much protein you should be eating. And it's always amazing. The reports.
