Is There a Difference Between Givers and Matchers?
If you have good time management skills, it actually seems to contribute positively to your performance and productivity. People who are more thoughtful about how they spend their time end of just getting more done - period. But also, you know, helping in ways that are clearly more valued by others. If you were composing a team, you would be looking for all givers, and not having a taker in the group,. i would definitely want to weed out takers, but i would want a mix of givers and matcher. Matchers tend to be tough on takers, and generous with givers.
