Do You Have a Circadian Rhythm During Pregnancy?
Even starting in pregnancy, ah, you can help your baby and help yourself get back on track later on. If someone is carrying their own pregnancy a have a more consistent circadian system during pregnancy actually helps the baby to learn to have a circadian rhythm once they're born. So so people who are carrying pregnancies, by all means, try to keep a pretty steady schedule, get lots of bright light during the day. A tip number two is, if you have a partner, you know, if like there's, there's often a more primary character, somebody who's doing more of the work, and or the person who carry the pregnancy or gave birth,. that can help a lot too.
