How and why we sleep is a focking mystery, for real. We don't know exactly what it is,. but it's a very an thing for sort of re establishing balance within our body throughout organ systems. It's this preserved process that kind of allows us to a sort of reset and go for about our day. But definitively, i don't think anybody really can.
