One cup a day, every single day has worked really, really well for me. I've come across conflicting information regarding whether or not to cycle kafin. Cycling off on week ends leads to a come down effect, which is an ideal for performance. If i don't have coffee, if i don’t have my one cup of coffee a day, i really, really notice it. But i do this occasionally because sometimes i just want to know for myself, like, how do i feel on a day without coffee? It just depends.
