How to Work Together With Commercial Teams?
The game is to create a really short, simple, reasonable contract so that there's virtually nothing in there that needs to be negotiated. The trick with playbooks is to try to end up getting them shorter and shorter because you keep updating your terms. There's very easy to quickly knock out a playbook, but it's also very easy for it to turn into a massive enterprise level exercise.
