There are nice studies showing that if you put an animal on fructose and then you add omega-3, you can block some of the fructose effects. It may be through an anti-inflammatory mechanism because omega-3 seems to reduce inflammation. And ketones do as well. So you have keto acids like if you're in a keto diet, they block inflammation to some extent. But anyway, I realize that that's a debatable area. My main expertise is on this switch. That's what I've been studying for 20 years.
