The big thing where CrossFit really got, you know, CrossFit was so much anti LSD long, slow distance because then you're going to look like a fucking anemic skinny Ethiopian running. So that's why long distances isn't great. But as I look now, there's this big push in this concept of the hybrid athlete. You have guys like Nick Bear and all these athletes that are doing these strength feats. And it just made sense to me as which got me excited.
