Foam Rolling My Quads and Hamstrings Doesn't Make a Difference.

I find it interesting that you mention that foam rolling and lacross ball type work helps for you, because i also subjectively feel quite a difference when i do those types of things before a big squat or a dead lift work out. And i've heard you talk about the research on self myopacial release before, and i would have assumed that you thought it was all completely b s. I had no idea that you actually did some of that yourself. It's so the principle that absence of evidence is an evidence of absence.
