The old adage hills are speed work in the skies. I think you can turn hills into a really cool flux workout. Instead of going hard up that hill, as you take the pace down just a little bit and then go hard again. It's like the early introduction to quote unquote speed work,. Well, I I did this actually one year in for college kids, but I think this is I got the idea from a variation of of a litered circuits.
