"My brain operates in three week meso cycles or three week waves and some exercises if they're if they're super heavy super hard I'm gonna change them every three weeks but there's other ones if I'm doing them for hypertrophy yeah I want to run those for longer than three weeks," he said. "I can do what you're talking about increase the volume over a period of time another thing I'll do is I'll manipulate the tempo so I'll start the first few weeks with it ... one rep shy of failure about six maybe seven reps even with light shit."
