The Importance of Immersive Dining
Immersive dining isn't a new concept for some, at least not for dining to accustomed to the higher end of the market. There's a restaurant in Ibiza called Sublimotion where 12 people sit at a table and things are projected onto screens and tables. These restaurants will be expensive regardless of all the technology that's going on as well to put that into the mix.
