These are quick things that will help a patient kind of are a student get more comfortable in their own brain. Compartmentalization is just really taking big, big things and making them into smaller compartments and putting them to the side. When we talk about grounding, we're talking about a reset. I like the word mind shift. We want to shift our mind into a better state.
