A common theme from people I've spoken to so far this season is a need for greater transparency with the product org and the rest of the business. The weekly digest sounds simple, but as a starting point, that's probably exactly what you needed to increase transparency in your company. And then I really liked the fact that you actually did the survey. You asked them like, what are their main pain points at the moment and then honed in on that instead of just going off to tackle transparency as you interpreted it.
