Gad: The hardest thing right now with a phone, again, is getting people to pick up and the do. Gad: I used to use these when b to c in the call centers, imean, you got a predictive diler. But for enterprise, it doesn't really seem like a very good option,. unless you're just putting everyone in that just doesn't ever pick up the phone.
