The Importance of Time at VO2 Max
Athletes don't go to 95% of VO2 max very often ever in training, but we're at 90% a lot. So I think that has some guiding value is that we're going to try to accumulate a lot of minutes at that 90% level and get comfortably uncomfortable with that. And if we do that, it scales up, the adaptations happen, and it's fairly sustainable and it's recoverable.
