The Nuances of Jibwe and Storytelling

Mary, I wanted to ask you about some of the nuances in a Jibwe that are difficult to translate into English. We have so many words for stories because there's a gossip story. There's a mean story. And then we have these traditional stories that are called Atazucan which I can talk about right now because we have two feet of snow on the ground. That comes from our oral tradition and it's very very strong still. It tells you how different you know and how intimate and personal the relationship making is that is entwined in story making.
