The Process of Diligence
We did interviews with almost every single person on their staff. We looked at extensive files. It is a very personal process. I don't want to get involved in people's business. No one at the firm here knows who our clients are. And then we were able to go in and actually talk to some of the previous clients. What was the good? What was the bad? What could have been improved? The success rate was another one we had to verify.
