Sticking to routines is one coping strategy that people use to deal with change. So how can they tailor coping strategies to better fit their symptoms and ability? Absolutely routine sticking to like I said we set these really insane routines and then we can't stick to them. Also having visual reminders you know if we don't see it it's out of sight out of mind when we say I'm going to remember to do that.
