Many people think that the way to change is like you see in the movies, like a switch goes off and suddenly the person is forever different because of some event. Almost nobody actually changes that way. Most people do much, much better with a very gradual type of training. If it's go out for 20 minutes a day, make that into go out for five minutes a day. You won't see physical results happening quickly at all. That's the drawback, you have to be patient. But the benefit here is that two months in, what you're going strong and you're excited every week at what you know, now you get to add more.
