How to Open Up Dorsiflexion in Your Feet

A lot of people are lacking they end up compensating for space by kind of stretching more through their kiddies at our calf rather than getting more joints to open. For you to access some more dorsiflexion i would just use like a simple kind of pronation drill that you just stand in a very small split stance position. I've actually done this with a couple of parkour guys um good few years ago and it's not surprising to hear that your feet are a little bit flatter when your femur is pushed into internal rotation.
