Erica: I think you can certainly go out there and be a what I would probably call like a training and nutrition consultant for bodybuilding powerlifters. We have folks report in a weekly with ideally video reports so just like an unlisted YouTube video and then we do the same thing back to them. A really big piece of the the coaching process on a week-to-week basis is helping them navigate life in regards to their their preparation.
