The Effects of Excentric Base Training on Muscle Damage
The level of damage will scale inversely with the ability to restore glycogen. There seems to be a few mechanisms at play and I'm not sure the contributions of each of them. It's going to have a direct degree on how fast the glycogen gets replenished and then what degree and glycogen will get replenished in the muscle however as Chris and I are talking about there's going to be a direct response related to that over replenishment depending on how much muscle damage is caused from the workout itself do you think that's a probably a true statement?
