The Most Important Nutrient

Protein is the most important nutrient but of course it's just one of many essential nutrients. The official recommendations in Germany are 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. People count protein on a daily basis but they do not count any other essential nutrients which is crazy. It's great for meat producing or egg or dairy producing companies that people fancy protein so much because name products are high in protein.
