Krija: Meeting every week with Crystal and planning our podcasts fulfills my intellectual as well as emotional dimensions of wellness. For me in general I like to kind of focus on three of them just because eight is a lot. So for instance, if physical I'd make sure I go get some walks or you know do an ab workout a day.
