Do You Train High Carbohydrate Everyday?

There's really no need, I think, to train high carb every single day. So sometimes it may actually be beneficial to train the opposite low, low carb. If you want to stimulate fat metabolism, you really have to stimulate it. And that doesn't mean that the training is easy. We send them off at cyclists offered decent intensities but they come back and it's exhausting. It's not like an easy sort of pedal for a few hours as some people do it.
