On google calendar, you can book tasks and assign it to a time on the day. So then once i did that, i was able to map out, ok, this task is going to take me an hour. This will take me two hours, lunch break here, and things like that. And then that way i can kind of fiel these requests and give them a more accurate time of when i could actually get
