How to Live an Intentional Life

I think that's what has been perpetuated for so long is that everything about your life have to be optimized and efficient and extracted to the max. And I'm trying to take a broader view and say for us to live an intentional life, not an optimized life, but just an intentional life where you are so clear about where your effort and energy and attention goes and flows to. You need to create the structures for that. Make sure that you have the prompts that will pull you out of the automation every single day. Without that, if you've lived any amount of time on this earth, that the pull of automation is incredibly incredibly strong.
