I haven't been very visible in the market for a lot of years, specially in norway. So i've been working on getting out more into the world. My whole life of coffee has been one of study. The true complexity of coffee is mind boggling. Unless we accept that its really, really complex and work inside of ity, i believe we're not going to see the changes. At least i need to see where i want to see.
