Kim: Two big questions that come up with every founding team we work with is when do you start outbound in a PLG model and how do you do it? And so maybe starting with Kim and then Chris, talking about some of your advice on this question. Well, I would caveat and say that I think you started pretty early on because I think no one wants to do it. But again, I'm in go to market.
