Athletes Push Heavy Weight

One of the things we run into in in special operations, i guys like to push wait. And when it comes tol the heavier weights, then thus want to kind of stick to the lower, lower loads instead of toing lik heavy. So they still get that brute strength push heavy weight. In the younger guys they want that. I understand that. Ah younow, these guys feel a need to be able to do that. If you're a professional football playeruyou need be able to push heavy weight,. but you can really pull back from how much and how often you do that  to help protect your body and get a little more longevity out of that athlete.
