Depression and Anxiety at Work

The author looked at the evidence out how we feel about our work. The opinion poll company did a huge study, and what they found was that 13 % of us, one three percent like our jobs most of the time. If you go to work to morrow you have low or no control over your work, you're significantly more likely to depressed and anxious. But professor marmot kept saying to me, it's not the work that makes you depressed. It's being controlled at work. And this thing that we don't like is spreading over more and more of our day.
